Heritage Grand Perast Hotel is a luxurious 5-star hotel located in the charming seaside town of Perast, Montenegro. With breathtaking views of the Bay of Kotor and the surrounding mountains, the hotel offers the perfect feeling of comfort. It provides a luxurious and historic stay in Montenegro, with traditional decor that complements the town’s historic architecture. This is just what the beloved couple, Sonya and Henry, sought for their wedding day. The wedding was a dreamy celebration blending both Russian and British traditions. The charming coastal town, with its historic architecture and stunning landscapes, provided the perfect backdrop for their special Perast wedding day.

The beauty of analogue photography

From the start, I knew that this wedding was going to be a true unique experience. When Sonya contacted me, her desire was to focus mainly on analog photography. Blending those two together, charming town of Perast and the beauty of analog photography, we made something truly wonderful. This was a challenge for me, challenge that I will always accept, because results show all the beauty of Heritage Grand Perast Hotel and unique wedding of Sonya and Henry.

An enchanting odyssey of togetherness

The day started with the bride’s morning photoshoot at the Heritage Grand Perast Hotel. She spent the morning with her sisters and best friends preparing all to the smallest details. Dasha did Sonya’s enchanting but natural makeup and hairstyle. The bride wore two simple and elegant pearl-white dresses designed by fantastic Unona. Sonya and Henry embraced the magic of the moment, surrounded by the love and support of their guests from all over the world. The bouquet and table set-up was done by Serafima showing all the beauty of simplicity with unique colorful flowers. Tanya together with Pasternak, a planner from Montenegro, was in charge of the entire wedding organization. People worldwide attended the wedding, brightening the atmosphere of the most beautiful day in Sonya’s and Henry’s life. The ceremony, conducted in Russian and Britain, symbolized the union of two cultures and hearts.

A rainy day celebration

We took a brief boat ride to the Island of St George after the wedding ceremony. We took a few editorial photos in this magical place, but suddenly we had to turn back to Heritage Grand Perast Hotel. It started to get cloudy, and a storm was brewing. We needed to move inside, shifting from initial plan for the wedding to be in the garden. Even the heavy rain couldn’t spoil this amazing event. All the guests were cheering with their drinks up while the bride and the groom were giving speeches. Everyone was happy to participate in the quiz and win an amazing poster which is the symbol of Sonya and Henry’s love. The dance and all the fun lasted long into the night. This wedding was a beautiful blend of cultures and traditions all happening in the picturesque Heritage Grand Perast Hotel.
